Questions
What does it cost?
A $20 commitment. Booking for as soon as possible or this week: held on your card and charged only when an assessor confirms your day. Booking for the next 2 weeks or flexible: charged when you book. Either way you get it back if no assessor confirms inside your timing, if the assessor or Hire Tod cancels, or if you cancel more than 24 hours before the visit. It's credited toward the repair if you hire through us.
Who are the assessors?
Assessors we work with directly. Roof work goes only to assessors who can safely get on a roof.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the outside. If we need to check inside — you've seen a leak or stain — someone needs to let us in.
Is this for my insurance?
It's a factual record of your home's damage, with photos. What you do with it is up to you.
What if I need repairs?
Ask for quotes from the report: vetted local pros bid on exactly what was found. Your assessor's company can't bid.
